Brand Ambassador at 5310 Publishing

We are hiring!

5310 Publishing is looking for a Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. The ideal candidate will help us develop and execute sales plans and reach sales targets by promoting our products and services through various social media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team, as well as independently, to achieve marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, closing or redirecting sales, and representing the brand at launches and events.


To excel in this role, you need excellent communication and networking skills and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or a similar function is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

5310 Publishing Company started in 2018 and works with clients exclusively online, all over the world. We sell ebooks, paperback and hardcover books to bookstores and libraries across Canada, the U.S. and online. To our authors, we offer professional editing, cover design, and promotion services, with a complete book and ebook distribution service.

What your responsibilities are:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals;

  • Know our products and services by heart;

  • Work with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies;

  • Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products;

  • Create website and social media content to get us more exposure

  • Increase brand awareness and revenue by attracting new customers;

  • Implement marketing strategies and tactics;

  • Represent our company at possible product launches and events;

  • Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and workshops as required;

  • Maintain a positive image of the company at all times;

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role in sales, advertising or marketing in Canada required;

  • You are an excellent writer and can communicate clearly;

  • You can negotiate with clients and other businesses with ease;

  • You are motivated, take the initiative, can problem solve, and have common sense;

  • You possess excellent computer skills; You know Microsoft Office;

  • You have a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools;

  • Able to work independently, without supervision.

  • Capable of working from home and reporting at the end of the week/each project.

  • Experience in the publishing industry or related field is an asset, but not required.


What we can offer you:

  • Flexible schedule, you make your own hours;

  • As long as you can deliver, it doesn't matter when or where you work. (Assignments should be reported back and updated by Thursday evening, or when required.);

  • Unlimited, uncapped commission pay;

  • Income based on generous commissions and bonuses to start.

  • We don't offer an hourly wage. Your sales efforts should bring us more clients;

  • End of the year bonuses!
